Mutual Housing at Dixieanne opened in 1992 and Victory Townhomes Mutual Housing Community opened in 2003. In 2020, they both received extensive interior and exterior renovations. These communities feature spacious studio, two, three and four bedroom apartments and townhomes, on-site laundry, a large common area with playground, outdoor seating areas and community barbeques, a community center, computer lab, community solar panels, and courtesy patrol services.
